Psychological Evaluation
Diagnostic assessment
Diagnostic assessments provide insight into an individual’s emotional and behavioral functioning. This includes a clinical interview, standardized questionnaires, and a written summary with diagnostic impressions to guide treatment planning. This service is ideal for clients seeking greater clarity about their mental health concerns and potential diagnoses.
Psychoeducational assessment
Psychoeducational assessments help identify an individual’s strengths and challenges, uncover the root causes of academic or attention difficulties, and provide personalized recommendations for support at school and home. Each evaluation includes a clinical interview and standardized questionnaires, in-person cognitive and academic testing, a feedback session to discuss results, and a written report with tailored recommendations.
Assessment consultation
Consultation includes a review of medical and educational records, as well as interviews with parents, teachers, and other providers. This information is used to develop recommendations for school accommodations, treatment options, or additional evaluations. Consultations can also provide a second opinion on assessments completed by other professionals.
